Add/Enable TRUE 3D Sound for Medal Of Honor: Allied Assualt!!
Hell yeah it works too, I just tried it & noticed the difference right off the bat. Hmm.. I guess EA forgot to add the advanced 3D sound they got a little lazy there
Before you read this.. here's an example you enter in the console command line just so some of you will not get confused.
set s_milesdriver Creative Labs EAX (TM)
after that, you exit MOHAA & restart it & pow you'll noticed the sound right off the bat!

Link to the guide.
- Download the Miles Audio Drivers at www.radgametools.com. The Filename for Miles Sound System Demo (2.9 MB) is: http://www.radgametools.com/down/Mi...ys/MSS6Demo.exe
- Install the demo.
- Copy all of the files from the folder "C:\Program Files\Miles6dm\redist\win32" to your "C:\MOHAA\snddrivers" folder overwriting existing ones. After all they are the same versions...
- Activate the Console under Advanced Settings in MOHAA, if you didn't do this already.
- Now the interesting part:
Activate the console by pressing circumflex (left of the "one" key), then enter:
set s_milesdriver #
where can be one of the following expressions:
Aureal A3D 2.0 (TM)
* Aureal A3D Interactive (TM)
* Creative Labs EAX 2 (TM)
* Creative Labs EAX (TM)
DirectSound3D Hardware Support
RAD Games Tools RSX 3D Audio
Dolby Surround
Auto (aktivates the 2D Positional Audio Driver again)
the Sound Providers I marked with the star are tested and found to be working.
If you made a mistake, or your soundcard doesn't support the Audio mode you've chosen the program will choose the default driver again.
Have fun, any comments to my email account please...
