An old game, but it's still very good....

Fixed:
- Regen name problem (including fixing corrupt databases)
- Added some missing tactics to preferences section.
- Fixed temp file deletion problem when concurrently running CM0304 and the
editor.
- Fixed 'Second nationality' bug and allowed for more than two entries.
- Fixed an issue with the 'Division' club filter not displaying results.
- Increased Loan maximum from 365 to 1000 days.
